The name is a combination of the words “Japan”, “pasta”, and “Italia”. They are a pasta-making factory here in Takasaki, the city of pasta.

━━━How to buy from Japastalia━━━
You cannot buy directly from the factory.
However, there is a supermarket run by JA Takasaki called ”Gurume Kisetsu Saikan” where you can purchase Japastalia’s pasta. From April 9th 2020, you can also buy it online here: https://japastalia.thebase.in/
