They are a bagel specialty shop that uses 100% domestic wheat. All of their bagels are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. There are about 25 different kinds to choose from, in addition to both weekly and monthly specials. The dough is egg and dairy free, so even people with those allergies can enjoy.
