They specialize in whole weat udon, made from a traditional method dating back to the Edo period. You can savor the wheat flavor of the noodles before dipping them in your prefered broth to create a flavorful combination. There are over 10 different broth flavors, including seasonal specialties, to choose from. The classic is made with pork and goes well with spicy, cheesy, and salty flavors.
